Weekend food post 13 Years, 10 Months ago

Just had a delicious dinner. Started with an amuse bouche of tiny chunks of melon, mango and iced mint; then hot fois gras in a Thai broth; then roast turbot with two kinds of beans - green and white; chilled Sancerre and ice cold Perrier; ended with a cube of chocolate with a strange but tasty green sauce. £100 for one.

Sounds great and different. A bit pricey, but a posh restaurant ...I imagine.
