Famous people have no protection. The Police pick on them and get some sort of perverted kick out of taking them to court. Show trials in the worst possible way.

The situation described may well have happened - in fact it happens every night in clubs right accross the UK yet no one gets taken to court for such things........

I would expect it will be thrown out - but why waste the money on such trials ?

I'm always amazed when I read these accounts and how skimpy the so-called 'assault' is.

When I think back to being very young, under the same circumstances I was 'assaulted' every time I went to a pub or club.

Celebrities really are open game for these accusations and then s further one when they may be able to afford the right legal representation to save themselves.

Pinching someone's bum is basically an indecent assault and technically you can indecently assault someone WITHOUT touching them at all !!! The law has been so corrupted by the Legal Profession.

In the old days Indecent Assault meant you actually were assaulting someone indecently with intent. It would be totally against their will and would require someone to do something really bad. It also carried a 2 year sentence.

In the 1990s when the laws all changed under Howard and Blair - Indecent Assault became a catch all for any behaviour that could be considered "sexual" and the sentence increased from 2 years to ( Wait for this ) 10 years. Yes it went up 500%.

No wonder our prisons are full of peeople. Just the Italians and West Indians in prison for bottom pinching for 10 years mean that a third of prisoners are on these sorts of charges. I was told by someone who worked in a London prison that 70% of prisoners are in prison for one of these types of convictions/charges ! which really suprised me.

It is a method of control - you show on TV everyone being sexually friendly and in videos - flirting touching each other - even patting each other on the bum - and so people copy that behaviour and then find themselves the victims of someone who wants compensation or to even a score - because criminals know the law inside out - and they basically go out with the intent of stitching up innocent people. If they dont know the law then they have loads of lawyers who will be keen to tell them.

The system is totally corrupt and broken. It wastes BILLIONS of taxpayers money every year - and should be reformed.

A case like this should never go to court. The guy should be warned and that should be that. Drunk people in nightclubs often paw at each other - you see it all the time. I bet we have all had experiences of drunken women/men getting a bit fresh with us at parties/events and part of social etiquette is knowing how to deal with these people and get rid of them without a scene !!

But in today's Judicial World a party is a Court Case waiting to happen. Crazy. No wonder people are retreating behind their front doors - and many living alone - because there are now so many crazy laws out there nearly everyone is a criminal at least 10 times a day - and that is the point of the NWO to make us all worry and be afraid - and to arrest us for day to day things which were not offences even 5 years ago like taking photographs or going to our own childrens' sports days or school carol concerts.......
