As a report comes out about Broadband, I've found over recent months that the internet is really starting to collapse; in foreign countries, more and more servers are limiting the amount of access you get, especially those serving hotels and public access places.
I predicted this years ago; nobody anticipated the traffic. Just as the infrastructure of roads and water and electrics and standard communications is beginning to fail (the BP Oil Spill is an example), after around 100 years of massive increase in use and failure in basics (ingredients will age), so the age of the Internet is reaching breakdown.
