Another Sex Offender murdered in prison 13 Years, 9 Months ago

Robert Coello has been murdered in his cell by another inmate.
Being locked up for a serious offense does not mean you should not expect to be protected from other inmates.
After the recent fuss caused by sloppy security you'd have thought the prison authorities would be more aware of their responsibilities....obviously they are not!
