USA is even worse. These cops chased a kid on a bike...tasered him and then ran over him when he fell off, killing him.

Then the medics found a gun on the kid. Yeh sure.

It's amazing how much more shocking the story becomes, however, when you get the human angle. We tend to imagine the victim must somehow have been a bit of a renegade, or even a bad person. This article makes a compelling case for at least more restraint on the police use of tasers.

I hadn't seen the video before posting, because the video didn't show up the first time I loaded the page. The video provides compelling evidence of a police frame-up job. Would the media in this country have run a story like this?
