We are already seeing many murders from "Family Legal Disputes" which are spilling out into violence.

If this report is true and the access to advice is severely restricted then the situation can only be made worse.

Possibly these family courts should be opened up more - then the secrecy and the wastes of money which exist within them can be dealt with - but not at the expense of those poor people who are dragged into these places.
