so seeing that the source is reporter Anthony France, don't let's assume it's correct, but he "reports" (makes up?) that Judge Collins "added a not guilty verdict was not cast iron proof of innocence".

It really is time somebody challenged this new judicial assumption of guilt. It permeates all trials. It is, quite simply, wrong if the presumption of innocence still applies as a basic premise of justice.

Qyite right ... the presumption of innocence has been part of common law for 1000 years.

It's the police who are behind it ... they want to build databases etc on everyone and always assume guilt unless you can prove otherwise (besides admitting that Barry is innocent might make people wonder why he was prosecuted in the first place - and the police DON'T want to go there !!!!)

JUSTICE = JOKE

Now if you are found not guilty in the eyes of the UK Justice System you are still guilty because the POLICE are now the JUDGE AND JURY.

This is JK what is called a POLICE STATE.

It has been coming for a long time but it is now here with knobs on.

CAMERON and KEN CLARKE need to sort this out before they are OUSTED from power by the POLICE who have already made it clear along with the BBC that they do not like the CON - LIB co-alition because it has dumped pet projects like the DATABASES and ID CARDS.

The aim of the POLICE STATE is to force the co-alition out of power within 12 months from now and install their own repressive New Labour Clone Government under the lying and cheating MILLIPEDE CLONES which will find some excuse to bring back in the repressive POLICE STATE measures - abolish JURY trials altogether and mete out instant justice at the point of a GUN or violence - as was done to TOMLINSON at the G20.

This is the reality of things. Sorry folks but you are all bleating about it as if it has not happened and as if it is new. Sorry that is old news. Things changed after 2001. People who speak out like me will be imprisoned now - anyone who challenges these people will be smeared or locked up or in the case of Kelly..........

Like it or not this IS the reality.

I am not giving up I might add and I will fight on until the end - because I owe this to the kids of the future and to all decent people. I have the guts to keep on campaigning and if they come for me again and take me then so be it. This country needs EVERYONE to stand up and say NO MORE to these JUDGES and the POLICE. To stand up for decency against the POLICE State run by corrupt JUDGES who now say that being found innocent is no longer enough.

THOUSANDS of years of democracy and justice have been destroyed in just a few years. The media wont even notice they are so thick the journos who write for even the quality press. Brainwashed clones most of them who believe in smearing and tittle tattle - and most of them have no values at all. They celebrate celebrity and cover up truth for the state. They hold to account those who are trying to make a difference and allow warmongers like Blair and mob rule to thrive on the pages of their publications.

Where will it end ?

Time is short in my view. We have not got long to sort this out.

if it's true it is an outrageous statement from a judge.

I do not see how he can sit on any case after that.

I have decided to try to get a meeting at the HOME OFFICE to discuss these things and to complain in person about the way in which New Labour have undermined the JUSTICE SYSTEM.

It is time for us all to lobby our MPs and councillors about the lack of justice in the UK.

It is time for the "media" to do their job and instead of campaigning about a flipping cat - they should be looking at the ruined lives of Real Human People who are being "Binned" by the UK justice system

We would need to see context. There are two types of innocence: innocence in law and innocence in fact. It is quite right that a judgement of innocence in a court does not imply the second type of innocence, only the first.

Best Wishes,
Jim

Ah Jim, you miss my point. We are - in LAW and in FACT, presumed innocent until and unless we are proven guilty.
That is what is so frightening.
If a Judge is rejecting that basic assumption and considering us all GUILTY unless and until we can prove ourselves innocent, the very foundations of society have been breached.
