False Allegations drive the male teachers out of teaching 13 Years, 8 Months ago
The last 5 years has seen a massive exodus of male teachers.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1308516...s-male-teachers.html

There is now ONE male working in the whole country at nursery level........( Yes 1 )

28% of primaries now do not have ONE male teacher.

and

6 Secondaries do not have ONE male teacher.

The exodus is quickening year on year.

Until the laws are changed to protect teachers against False Allegations they have to be MUGS to be going into teaching.

It takes NO EVIDENCE and just the typical HORMONAL HATE which teen girls ( and some devious TEEN boys ) have in abundance for some reason - for a totally innocent teacher to see their career and often their lives ruined. The POLICE see them as soft targets because they are often nice people who are totally amazed by such false allegations.

It is noticable that the rot started around 6 or 7 years ago. Before 1997 the CPS demanded evidence - now they just demand allegations. Celeb cases and Huntley case have opened the door to cases that would never have been passed to court by the CPS before.

No role models means male kids will grow up without proper understanding of maleness - probably more violent because their role models will be computer games and macho Hollywood stars and Phil Mitchell.

I don't want to sound like Jean-Paul Sartre, but are role models THAT good an idea? Many people, particulalry men, who have 'modelled' themselves on someone have turned out to be pale imitations or risible parodies. (The same goes for women, of course). Observe and absorb good manners and decent behaviour, yes, by all means, but these qualities aren't gender-specific. I'm not sure mindless imitation is as healthy as some suggest.

I think you would have to be mad to work around kids these days unless classrooms etc had 24 hour CCTV for protection.

The whole compo/false allegation/pedo hysteria campaign was bound to have unexpected repercussions. Now we are seeing it.

No you would need a CCTV headcam and it would need to be switched on 24/7. Most allegations against teachers are made by people who have worked out where there would be no CCTV evidence or witnesses - so it would mean their word against theirs.....in addition if they wait over a year then all the CCTV evidence would be destroyed. If they wait 6 years then all LEA records regarding the teachers and the students will also be destroyed.

This means after 6 years every single detail or allegation is just one person's word against the others and it boils down to who can give the best "performance" to the Police or courts. No proof of a relationship is required - a School Photo would be enough to show that the victim knew her abuser....no more than that.......and every time a teacher sits down for a School Photo he/she does not realise that these photos alone are enough to put them on trial in 2010.

Teachers used to be advised not to be alone with any students in any setting in a school due to the chance of allegations. That advice is of course still true - but with historical allegations from the past that advice means absolutely nothing. A teacher may only have been at the same school as his "victim" and never even spoken to them - yet if that person for some reason - whether due to financial need or revenge for something else - decides that Teacher is fair game then they can get that teacher arrested and interviewed because the POLICE position on EVERY allegation of abuse is now to arrest and interview.

The POLICE dont need any evidence of the actual abuse - they just need to believe that the teacher or ex teacher ( who would be arrested at 5a.m in the morning and denied proper food and be in total shock probably ) would be a worse witness that the "victim" in order to push the case into court. The CPS actually then suggest the POLICE look for evidence of bad character against the Teacher - which can be as little as other allegations or speeding tickets etc. but things to show that this teacher cant be trusted. The fact that the alleger might be a drug riddled, diseased, poor etc person trying to make a financial killing is not allowed to be used in court because this would be against the victim's rights for the court to know about THEIR bad character. So you have a totally skewed case against a teacher where he cant produce the REAL evidence and where the case has been stacked against them in the first place.

This is the actual truth about the way in which things happen. In addition if a Head Teacher is convicted of Sex Assaults then it is odds on that they will be paraded on TV and totally character assassinated by the BBC and SKY ( who are both anxious to make out that paedos are everywhere and that even Head Teachers are evil - and to hide the TRUTH about the ELITE PAEDOPHILE rings which are actually abusing loads of kids on a daily basis like BABY P )

You have to realise that when a POLICEMAN kills someone else - as in the case of TOMLINSON - the case does not go to court because it does not have enough evidence ( even though there were 2 pathologists and eye witnesses and CCTV footage showing the assault and not one person has ever denied that the assault happened ) yet for a TEACHER it requires NO EVIDENCE at all. Not a jot.

I would hope that what I have written is copied by anyone reading this and pinned on noticeboards at TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGES so that the poor things who are training will know the risk they run. They may believe that being innocent will protect them - many of them are idealists after all hence the fact they want to educate children......but the bitter truth experienced by over 1 in 4 Teachers ( yes a quarter and it is getting worse ) is False Allegations.

The MEDIA and the ELITE have ensured that our society is now ripped apart by these issues. The evidence showing that is now absolute because we are in a time of recession yet Males are still turning away even now from teaching as a career. Until things change and the law is made fair - this will continue until there are no teachers at all in Primary Schools and Secondary Schools - then other professions will suffer the same who care for children.

Men are evil and every single one is a paedophile unless they can prove they are not with a CRB check. An allegation is enough to "convict" a man - no evidence needed - and often not even a trial. This is the state of affairs in the UK in 2010. Men should avoid ALL contact with any children if they value their freedom in 2010 not just avoid being alone with any children.

Balance, Prunella, balance !

Kids need several role models, not just A male or A female.
