A guest of mine in the 60s on Good Evening I'm Jonathan King (ITV Saturdays)... tipped as a future great director but never quite lived up to the hype (What's New Pussycat is a contender for Worst Film Ever Made).

yes wrong Donner..but they were terrific in their day !

poor Christopher Reeves was just like the Superman from my childhood comix and I saw the first movie in New York..walked out after and expected to see Superman in the sky.
