In fact if you talk to any Solicitor / Barrister / Judge / Magistrate they are told that an allegation without evidence IS EVIDENCE against someone.

Where you used to have to PROVE your case - now the law has been changed that the DEFENDANT has to prove their innocence against any allegation ( however crazy or untrue )

Coulson is being continually hung out to dry without any evidence - which is hilarious since he is in Government and a former NotW Editor. Talk about KARMA coming to bite him on the bum.

False allegations are now rampant - used for money and power. Rumour and inuendo are in charge of the UK media and our legal system is now based on "theatre" and "Performance" because real evidence is hard to get and our Police are lazy. Hence the only area where "crime" is increasing is that of Sexual Allegations.......says it all.

Tony Blair started all of this : Weapons of Mass Destruction.......no evidence but a REPEATED MANTRA. You repeat the story as many times as you can - so it must be true.......a very nasty way for the media and the legal system to treat people. Totally dishonest.

It is lucky that they caught the Muslim Car Bombers red handed at Glasgow Airport otherwise I would be sitting in a cell for the next 35 years after being put in the frame by some dodgy Police in 2007 !!!!!!! I am getting the Police Report framed and put on my wall later this month. You could not make this up.

HMRC described by a tax inspector in the Mail as "not fit for purpose". We all know the judicial system is "not fit for purpose". It seems the political system is "not fit for purpose". The media is "not fit for (hacking) purpose". Banks are surely "not fit for purpose". Broadband and online are regularly "not fit for purpose". Are we seeing a trend here?

My prediction that the human species is "not fit for purpose" and will become extinct this century looks increasingly accurate. At least I'll never be able to say "I told you so".

All News Corp publications run similar snaps..but for the PCC to say it doesn't happen..what a croc !!

Last year the Murdoch Oz newspaper Daily Telegraph ran front page photos they claimed were nude portraits of the right wing politician Pauline Hanson...and swore blind they were real for about ten days.

Eventually they admitted they were fake.

They ran snaps about 10 years ago supposedly of Sarah Jessica Parker in a local bar..it clearly wasn't her. They swore blind it was for 4 days.

Plausible deniability..they rely on it. They buy in from freelancers all the time and don;t give a stuff if the photo is faked..if they can get away with it.

Just like tapping phone calls !!
