free speech is not absolute, never has been. people should not be free to threaten with impugnity. I agree with the ban.
As for freedom to burn, that is not absolute either, never has been. You can burn your own property (Koran etc) but not bthe property of others (without permission)
Do you think people should be allowed to make threats by einvoking some 'free speech exemption'?
Do you think people should not have the freedom to burn their own property?
