This incident reminded me of the PHIL RICKMAN book "Cure of Souls"........

This village in Essex seems to be Damned.......

Shocking and says much about our society when a 16 year old girl picks up a knife and kills her Father and then turns the knife on herself.....

Our Health and Safety society is leading to repressed anger in teenagers which is exploding into violence all too often - and this violence is often very destructive and people have been dying at the hands of teenage knife wielders too many times in the last 5 years.

The law cant stop people picking up a knife and using it in a fit of anger.......

So it seems we have a resident evil amongst the young who have been brought up under New Labour (anyone under 25 )
