Very strange case. This bloke's new defence was invented AFTER he had been convicted of murder. This was his appeal.

By adding in the detailed story of abuse ( with someone else saying they had been abused ) and with no person to deny that claim - this has led to the bloke being aquitted,

Criminals take note - this defence obviously will work if you can find someone else to back your "story".........

The Jury probably would have not known about the first trial ? and so would not have known this was a new story invented after the events and first trial ......

So sexual abuse now is enough to stay convictions for murder and manslaughter - and by definition becomes a worse crime......
