Boris and the London Development Agency have been trumpeting their new academies in the press today - so I thought I would take a look.

Here is a PROSPECTUS for new students at the NIGHTINGALE ACADEMY in North London.....

All very glossy and well produced - and this private company is running this school.

The standard of English in the prospectus would have gained a fail at O Level. It is almost in pigeon English ( the sort of English an immigrant would have spoken without any full education )

The Prospectus reads more like a "Politically Correct" indoctrination booklet - with loads of Grand Titles of "Achievment Leaders " and multitudes of "Managers" giving the school the feel of some sort of STATE PROJECT based on indoctrination.

Heaven help the kids at that school. The photos show that they expect 90 per cent of the pupils ....oops sorry STUDENTS to be from ethnic minorities and there are boasts about their bi-lingual teachers in Turkish - which probably will make up 50 per cent of this school's population ?

This is education in the IMAGE of NEW LABOUR and the USA Politically Correct lobby. No morals or UK values mentioned at all. In fact if you read this prospectus you would see that England's religion - morals - laws and in fact everything to do with genuine achievement is missing.

I hope Nightingale Academy is a success because it replaces THREE FAILED schools over the last 10 years ( Three name changes as well ) and that area deserves a good school but this Prospectus shows the reason why our schools are turning out Young people who are resorting to violence because they are not given any Social grounding - just PC rules for life dreamt up by Educators or Managers in some sort of Sausage Factory environment.

Would be interesting if a newspaper could get some undercover reporters into this school to see what the reality is like because

If you read the School Uniform letter - it already seems that the kids are ignoring the glossy PR and publicity and have ditched the uniform so badly that the Head has had to write to Parents to beg them to send their kids to school in the uniform rather than "Ballet Shoes and Kickers boots" etc etc.

Oh dear - what a disaster for BORIS !!!!!
