It disturbs me that accused men can be imprisoned on remand and have serious cases proceed against them solely on the basis of an allegation with no supporting evidence. Reminiscent of the show trials under the Soviets, or McCarthyism.

According to the "New Labour" guidance - an allegation in itself counts as evidence. The advice from the CPS is to find "Bad Character" so that when it comes to a 50.50 argument then it balances in favour of the prosecution. In addition if no bad character evidence is there then they try to find MORE than one person to make the same allegation - in other words something very controversial called "similar fact" evidence which was banned until this century under New Labour.

This is why we are seeing loads of cases against people because first NO evidence is needed only the allegtaion - and secondly the Police are good at getting the "second or third" person to make up further allegations.

No one should be convicted unless there is supporting evidence from the time of the alleged offence or indecent photos of the people or a baby or medical evidence from the time. It should have the same level of proof as any other crime which can lead to a Life Sentence.

In fact making an allegation is really easy when you are told that £30,000 compensation could be yours. "He touched my bum.willy.breast.etc" - is a one liner which anyone can say and then KERCHING. Really easy money and chavs especially have been taught by the soaps over the last 10 years repeating the process time and time again. In fact if you look at the "stories" in the press - they all sound exactly like the Eastenders plot now.......complete with the term "Grooming" etc etc.

So we have false allegations based on what people have seen on Television - makes them more believeable. Series like THE BILL - EASTENDERS etc have rammed this into the mind of people who then spout out the information on cue when asked.

The rise of mental illness shows that the lines between delusion and reality are being intentionally blurred by repetitive programming by the STATE media.

We are constantly being scared by TERROR threats ( see the news this week ) and the PAEDO menace ( Again 10s of stories about this week in the media from CEOP to these false allegations stories ) It is a DRIP DRIP of brain-washing - and anyone intelligent must be aware of this by now. But in a court situation the Court actually is the "engine room" of the false allegations industry - because it provides them with well paid work. As I have said before - follow the money. False allegations are harder to argue ( either way ) hence these cases become COMPLEX and bogged down in details and technicalities as each side try to gain an advantage on something which is basically one person;s word against another.
