Please explain the film industry 13 Years, 6 Months ago
Last night I watched the film Hush. I'd never heard of it; a tiny budget; written and directed by former Radio One DJ Mark Tonderai. It was fantastic. Why do we never hear about films like this? Why doesn't it get shown at Prime Time (instead of late night on Ch4 who part funded it)? Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

Without a major marketing budget how many would go and see it at a cinema ? I scanned the TV guides yesterday and didn't see it (or if I did, it didn't register). Lack of awareness (ie marketing?) now you have me worried.

I have a film script in pre-production (small budget-name actors-it takes friggin years)

I have a feeling it will end up like Hush. And the producer has won Cannes awards.

It's all about publicity as you should know !

how many great songs fall by the wayside while rubbish gets maximum exposure ?
