a nice form of socialism...you really do need to go to one of those Re-Education Camps that we will be setting up in all constituencies that voted for Tory candidates

I agree with that form of socialism, veritas ....

One where everyone contributes equally (there are no skivers and shirkers), and all benefit equally.

Much better than some leeching of the hard work of others, don't you think ?

Or can't you tell the difference ?

do you know all these skivers and shirkers personally ?. Their life stories and situations ?

I know a few.. I can name half a dozen corporations who in past 5 years by going off-shore have boosted their profits massively by leeching off the hard work of Asians.

They still charge us the same price for their goods though...and pay less tax than they ever have ( all with the complicity of Nu Labour and the coalition of Tory/Lib Dems will do likewise-which is why there will be no Lib Dem party in 5 years...completely wiped out ...you heard it here first).

Corporate welfare is where the cuts should start...oh of course they will close up won't they and go somewhere else and there will be no jobs. Except they already have and there are no jobs.

30 years ago British society changed forever-the 2 major parties had ideals. You didn't have to agree with either but they were ideals of how to make a better society.

But then corporations became the major focus under Thatcherism. Corporatism is Fascism.

I like the idea of 'feedback' programmes, and it's good that the BBC (unlike ITV) attempts them, but they really need to have a bit of 'bite' to serve a real purpose. The BBC news channel had Raymond Snoddy on this morning, asking a news editor to respond to viewer complaints that the miners' coverage ended up being a bit OTT and boring. The editor listened and then just said, 'I don't agree'. This is usually how Points of View works, too. Hopeless.

No I don't (nor do I want to).

All I know is that people USED to have standards and responsibilities ...now all they do is bleat and moan and expect someone else to pay their bills while they get fat and watch Jeremy Kyle !

No one has a right to anything - we tried to make the system more fair and balanced - and they milked the cow dry !

With full credit to Popbitch !

A Chilean miner having sex with his wife for first time since release:

Miner: Can we switch the lights off?

Wife: Of course!

Miner: Can I have you from behind?

Wife: Anything you want my brave boy.

Miner: Can I call you Pedro?
