Not sure about this one.Makes sense on the surface,but how soon will other 'undesirable' groups be dragged into the scenario?

Funny thing is you need a license for just about anything dangerous,but any old fool can reproduce

ISnt part of being alive being able to choose if we want to reproduce ?

£200 is hardly representative of this massive decision and is a bit of an insult.

Maybe the NWO will extend it to everyone who is not of their bloodline eventually and we will need a license to reproduce as you say.

Many Sci Fi novels and films look at the possible sterilisation of the human race leading to its end - such as CHILDREN Of MEN.

We dont seem to respect God's/Creation's gifts to us.

BR.. what is your take on the population boom amongst the underclass - the feckless Jeremy Kylers who have 3 or 4 kids to 3 or 4 hapless males whilst in search of "Mr Right" and consider that it is there right to do so, if the take of the NWO is population decrease - which, let's face, space & resources on this earth are not infinite...
