I hope Mr King reads this board.

All I thought I knew about him was the record 'every bodies gone to the moon', his tv show in the 80's about the USA (which I loved) and then in recent years that he was a pedophile. Now I have watched this excellent and very creative and entertaining documentary/musical I now know he wrote loads of really great records which I love and remember from my childhood and that he definitely is not a monster/pedophile. The Harold Shipman song is very courageous and honest and echoes my own feelings.

Jonathan you are an artist and I love you and I will encourage all my friends family or whoever i hear mention you in a negative light to reconsider what they have heard. Plus I'm going to buy all your records and I want to watch that series about the usa again... you bring so much colour and fun to the world, you are one of my favorite artists ever. Oh I admit to being a little bit disturbed by seeing a picture of you with Margaret Thatcher, but hey politics is boring, it's all about love.

To be fair James, I was more disturbed by the sight in the opening few minutes than any photo of JK with Thatcher!!!!

Just had a call from someone who reminded me of a comment from a barrister friend of mine who watched the movie here at my house with his wife and afterwards said "that is not a film JK; it's a work of art. I'm not saying it's a masterpiece or anything but it is so different from every other film that it belongs in the Turner prize contest".
