This goes to show that PAEDOHYSTERIA does not stretch into the actual agencies who are there to protect real kids.

Whilst the POLICE spend their time trying to convict celebs - priests - OAP teachers - on historic cases where there is no evidence the TRUTH of the matter is this :

1. Kids are being abused and killed in significant numbers in their own homes even though the Social Services and Police know they are in danager

2. Kids are being sexually used by their parents and uncles etc ( Especially in some immigrant and traveller families ) yet this INCEST is allowable. The get out phrase is " Illegal sex with consent" ( I have that in writing from the Police and Social Services about a 13 year old my family reported who was sleeping in the same bed as her Father ) and they "cant do anything unless she complains about him sleeping with her" !!!!

This shows the real sickness at the heart of our Country. Whilst the tabloids scream Stranger Danger or Dirty Vicar or Pervert Teacher or Disgraced Celeb - the real TRUTH is that thousands of children are being abused for REAL often by their own families from whom there is no escape for them. The Social Services and Police take kids away from middle class families at will because they are "targets" for Left Wing ideology - whereas most vulnerable kids get no help at all.

This is a scandal - and coming years after BABY P and Victoria C etc surely this should have been sorted out by now ?

There is no such thing in Oz as "registered sex offenders" as my copper friend continually claimed when he was in charge of running a state register that required people convicted to register and alert authorities if they take a job where children may be involved. It is called the 'child protection agency' and there is no mention of 'offender' or 'sex' as it covers people who have neglegted or beaten children...all types of charges.
