So this man gets sexually turned on by leaving money around and by people taking it.

That has to be the most weird thing I have ever heard.

Surely he should be offered help if this is true ? not prison and not drugs to stop him being aroused.

The sexuality of people is obviously very complex. Surely research should be done into why these things happen ?

I really cant find the words to express my whole amazement at this.

Crazy and surely the Police are better off spending their time chasing people who murder and commit crime rather than a weirdo who tapes money to road signs.

Taken from Oxford Mail site from ONE OF HIS VICTIMS !!

"ataloss, Cowley says...
29/10/10

I was a victim of this man when I was a 13 year old, he followed my route to school for a number of days, then one day dropped money from his pocket, i then caught up with him and told him he had dropped the money and gave it back to him, it was then you see his state of arousal. I immediately found a passer by and the police were called, they then observed him waiting on my route home from school that very day where he was arrested. It was a very frightening experience as a young child, what was more frightening is that they couldn't do anything apart from warn him off, which meant nothing as he proceeded to hang around the same route every day afterwards and no one could stop him. A number of years later I saw him drop money in front of another girl in the same way. This was about 14 years ago and this man is still a pest, he gets off on it, surely it is only a matter of time before he potentially hurts someone."

So for 14 years he has been doing this dastardly trick. Yet in that time he has never hurt anyone......and even this ex victim only says that she was frightened by the experience - not actually hurt.

Surely if he does it in the same places it is easy to get Police to go to schools and say to them that there is a man with a problem who tries to initiate contact with girls and that if they see money on the ground or taped to signs not to touch it but call the Police.

This way the guy would have to give up because he would never get the reaction he wanted.

Surely preventing crime is what the Police should do - and the fact that this has been going on since 1995 shows the Police have been totally incompetent at this.

The guys being in prison is a waste of time as far as I can see. It may lead him to more extreme behaviour. After all prisons are awash with drugs and bad people......

From the article:

“Some of the girls went all the way to getting the money which he taped to a Church Cowley Road sign.

“The girls were naive and he has got some gratification from this.

“It is that element of being ‘had over’ by someone taking his money.”

Could someone translate those three sentences into plain English, please?

Best Wishes,
Jim

this really is just too bizarre.

How do we know a shopkeeper isn't getting 'gratification' handing over change to a girl ?

what about those writing out parking tickets ?

You can take it to extremes as well :

how do we know a schoolteacher is not turned on every time he hands out the exercise books to his class

how do we know that the person in the sweet shop is not turned on every time they sell a sweetie to a child

This is totally ridiculous.

The only answer is to dress under 16s in BURKHAS and not let them interact with ANYONE over 16. Teachers and Shopkeepers etc will need to be blindfolded when dealing with children as well just in case they have any impure thoughts because magically at 16 years old these children blossom into consenting adults - so there could be a danger period before that for some early developers.......

The POLICE basically are a bunch of PERVS as far as I can see - they see SEX in everyday things......perhaps it is because most POLICE are recruited from CHAVS with no qualifications and a history of rutting and under age sex on their estates ( Police are basically made up of Vicky Pollards ) So they project their experiences onto the rest of us.

This explains why there are so many paedophiles in the Police and why they try to fabricate sex crimes against the rest of the population - remember the only crime which has shot up by 20% in comparison with every other crime - are SEX CRIMES.

At last we seem to have the reason why. This story shows it. Being a weirdo is not a crime. He has not committed any crime as far as I can see - weird YES criminal NO. His jail sentence is for BREAKING AN ASBO - not committing a crime. He is being LOCKED UP BY THE STATE for being a WEIRDO - that is very unfair when we have POLICE KILLERS out there walking around free./

I must say I have quite some difficulty in believing that this story isn't an early April Fool's jape.

The first thing that struck me was that his ASBO prohibited him from displaying money to anyone. Ummm, so if he wants to pay for something it has to be either by card, or by some close-up magic sleight of hand?

Secondly, if the local girls are such delicate shrinking violets that they are scarred for life by seeing some guy with (they think) a boner, then perhaps they can take the money as consolation and f**king pull themselves together.

Board readers may find the following page useful.

ASBOwatch: Monitoring the use of Anti-Social Behaviour Orders
Examples of ASBOs used in extreme cases

www.statewatch.org/asbo/asbowatch-extreme.htm

It includes an entry for Stuart McGhie, whose case is the topic of this thread.
