At the end of last week I received a COURT FINE document threatening me with prison. It had my correct name on it and date of birth.

Seeing as I have never been fined in a court in my life imagine my suprise.

I rang the Courts Service who confirmed the following after 5 phone calls over 3 days :


1. In 2005 someone called XX ( obviously cant write it down but not my name ) broke into a Black VW and attempted a theft in Islington.

2. This black person ( from Barbados ) who lived locally in Islington was caught red handed.

3. It went to court and he pleaded guily - but WHEN at court he changed his name and date of birth to mine ( and this was signed off by the Judge ) but still at his Islington address ( I live in Outer London )

4. He was ordered to complete a community rehab order.

5. In September 2005 he was fined £50 for not completing it.

6. In November 2010 I get a letter out of the blue demanding the money OR I will be imprisoned.

7. In September 2009 they say they traced "him/me" to my address ( even though I have lived here since the 90s )

So what happens now ?

I have a criminal record given to me in 2005 by a black barbadian ( I know this because he still uses his real name on Facebook !!! LOL and he is still based in Islington )

It seems that a bent Policeman in Islington( who now works at Scotland Yard ) got him to change his details to mine BUT crucially under his address - so I would never be aware and it would not show up on my criminal record.

In September last year this dodgy policeman combined my address with this persons record and BOB IS YOUR UNCLE - they have me with a criminal record.

I was not aware of this - but it seems likely that "behind the scenes" they have used this to harass me in 2010.

This is how the Police work against people who they see as their ENEMIES.

So I now have to go to COURT in Islington to clear my name ( though it is a simple case of ID fraud ) and I can prove I am not a Black Car Thief quite easily !!!! being a white middle class post graduate writer.

So you see EVEN if you have no criminal record - the dodgy POLICE that we have will pay off real criminals to change their details to yours and persuade a Judge to sign off.

I cant wait to see the look on this bloke's face when he gets arrested for taking my details and trying to put his fine onto me !!! I can see one dodgy POLICEMAN getting some serious grief at work - he should be sacked ? what do you think ? Is it a serious crime against me ?

What a disgusting thing for the boys in blue to do. BR you may be annoying at times
but no one deserves this treatment. I hope you not only clear your name but that "barsteward"
copper that did that you you gets sacked.

How do you know this?

I cant really go into details - but I assure you I do know this. Events in 2005 and 2006 and since and paperwork in my possession.

In addition I have lawyers working on it now on that basis.

I shall have to wait and see how it develops. I am astounded that the Police can do these things.

But is it serious in your view that someone has done this ? or is £50 fraud just something I should shrug off as a small inconvenience in life. After all it is easy for me to prove I am not black and this conviction had nothing to do with me. The Police will possibly write it off as a bureacratic mistake where they got my details confused with this person.........cough.

BR says so, so I'll take him at his word. I just wondered how he knew.

Like any other group, the police has its share of bad apples. Trouble is, bad apples in the police have the powers to turn not only their own barrel rotten, but stuff in other barrels, boxes and crates too.
