At least it shows he may well change his position on FEES and give FREE education to the students. That would be a vote winner and put some positive spin on what are awful cuts and a looming depression.

This mock surprise about pre-election pledges being compromised by post-election problems is really getting tiresome. "What's going on?" Reality, mate. Deal with it.
