Yet still the Government, in thrall to the tabloids, won't allow anonymity to those of us falsely accused of sex crimes.

Sex crimes without forensic or witness evidence from the time should not even get to court JK. That way false accusers would never ever see anyone arrested.

People should only be arrested after HARD EVIDENCE is given - such as videos - texts - letters which mention offences - a witness to the offence etc.

In this particular case - sadly the Police HAD to arrest the man - he was caught with his trousers off - but again without bruises and signs of force surely it is one person's word against another and the FACT that the man was her EX Boyfriend means it unlikely she would be in a bedroom with him unless she had gone voluntarily.

The Police seem blinkered to the facts of most cases and just want to prosecute certain types of people ( Celebs - vicars - teachers - rich people )
