Q : When is a RAPE not a RAPE ? 13 Years, 5 Months ago
A: When it is done by a Policeman

www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-11787634

Never even sent to court.

One rule for the boys in blue and another for teachers - vicars - celebs - football managers.

Extraordinary story - fortunately he's not still employed getting people locked up for 7 years for crimes that never took place.

Incidents like this simply shore up the opinion that society is collapsing.

I'm collapsing,,,,,I cant even begin to explain what I have had to deal with today.

I have been accused today by the POLICE of being on the run !!!! seriously - I am at home and have been because of a back injury for 6 weeks yet today in a courtroom they have told a judge that I am on the run and so should be put in prison.......ridiculous - and totally untrue

I am considering leaving the UK and going abroad because the UK is in such a mess it is ridiculous staying here.

I cant believe the way that the POLICE have become a rule unto themselves;

When I asked my lawyer why this had happened it was because the POLICE had said I was not living at home I am now ( again )on the run - as if !!!!!

The POLICE make it up as they go along and no one asks for any proof.

The POLICE are thugs and criminals and it is time that we as a society said NO MORE and stood up to them.

I've had another think about this one.

It doesn't add up. Despite the difference in the standards of proof between a criminal court and a police disciplinary hearing, the CPS should have proceeded with a prosecution because the woman made a report of the incident and gave an account of events. This, alone, is enough to proceed AND convict, as we have seen in many other cases.
