Q: When is a brutal assault not a criminal offence ? 13 Years, 5 Months ago
Continuing my daily LAW BRIEFING for those who come into contact with the POLICE STATE in the uk today's briefing shows the following
www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-11794207

A : When a Police Officer assaults someone and it is caught on camera and the person is injured as long as he says "It was not deliberate" then he is to be aquitted.

I am so glad that we can all now injure people and then claim it was not deliberate in order to make sure we are not charged or convicted of violent offences.

I do hope this law is extended from the Police to every citizen of our State so that Assault can be done "Non Deliberately" up and down the country and our courts dont need the expense of prosecuting anyone for such crimes anymore

This JUDGE has managed to cut crime by maybe 50% with this incredible new ruling on ASSAULT. Ken Clarke must be very proud.

PS I feel sorry for the POLICE WOMEN who reported this as a crime because she must have thought it looked deliberate from where she was standing near the incident - but the JUDGE from his Chamber obviously had a better view and could read the intention from the CCTV footage......after all he did not kill her so he was obviously using minimum force.

Wouldn't have mattered if he did kill her BR as the Tomlinson case showed. The Police in this country are protected over and above their position. Maybe the Government will need their support when the revolution comes?

The VERY DECENT and BRAVE Policewoman should have all our respect. She has ruined her career by standing up against violence.

The JUDGE and the COURT system have been proved to be "run" by the POLICE STATE. For once the CPS actually prosecuted properly a Policeman.

Our JUSTICE SYSTEM is based on "who knows who" and the TRUTH is basically not involved. It is a gravy train for those who work in it - in fact BENEFIT CHEATS only get away with a few thousand pounds - these CLEVER SCAMMERS who work in Justice often get 6 figure salaries. Yet they do nothing for protecting the public.

I think JUDGES should be got abolished and local courts where the sitting District Judge should not be allowed to have any contact socially or personally with any POLICE or CPS people if they wish to hold down the job of giving out justice impartially.

Our system does not give out proper justice. Only those who have been IN THE SYSTEM know exactly how corrupt and bad it is - even those who win cases know it stinks.

The PUBLIC in general have seen the CCTV and seen a JURY convict this man. That is proper justice and we all applauded them. Then the corrupt JUSTICE SYSTEM not only springs the Policeman from prison BEFORE his appeal ( would not happen to a ordinary person ) but the appeal is won and conviction overuled not on evidence but on "motive" which no one can prove either way and which CCTV seems at odds with.

I despair of our country. The criminals walk the streets and the prisons are full of vulnerable mentally ill - political trophy convictions - terrorists who read the wrong book but have never hurt anyone in their life - teachers and vicars who have been cash cows for the chav class false allegations industry - and yet we pump nearly £20 billion into this farce of a system every year. What a monumental waste/

Or maybe monthly. And perhaps make the briefing a little more brief.
