It is a question of consent. Doctors and surgeons may also (though to a greater degree) may touch children in ways that that be deemed inapropriate or abusive if not acting in their professional capacity.

true Bruce...but you generally know who your doctor is. A bit different to having complete strangers strip your child in public at an airport on the excuse they may be carrying a bomb. The pictures from the strip scanners are supposedly being traded as well by these employees - and can include all ages including Children.

It seems that Terrorism still trumps Paedohysteria - legalised touching of children.

it now turns out the father got so frustrated because the guards wanted to grope the boy-he pulled of his t-shirt in anger. and the 2 students behind who filmed the tale with their i-phone were requested to delete it but refused.
