OK so he was very old - but looks as if being hounded was the cause.

It seems that the POLICE can go around assaulting and raping and killing - all on CCTV camera - yet the public are being chased around on these types of cases when there are people with grudges or want cash.

In 2010 the easiest way to get revenge on someone you dislike is to make an historic sexual allegation. No proof needed at all. Just a good story and something to show you met them or knew them. The Police will even provide you with details ( such as address etc ) in order to help you make your story more "believable" and even tell you what happened so you get it right - and this is acceptable in 2010.

I was reading INSIDE TIME on the web yesterday and was shocked that even 6 years ago it was estimated 3,000 people were wrongly in prison for such things ( Home Office figure !!!! ) and that has surely doubled now.

Just GOOGLE on GOOGLE NEWS - Indecent Assault ( which is the historic charge for these allegatons usually and cover everything from looking in an indecent way ! to patting or pinching someone's bum to groping them ) and see how many pages of local news reports come up !! The courts are stacked full of these cases. Mainly with teachers and vicars. In addition there are also many pensioners being hauled into court - it seems that when someone reaches 65+ it becomes open season for compensation !! and also by that time it is impossible to create a defence not least because of the age of the defendent.

I can only see this getting worse. I would think in 20 years time the main issue before a court will be these types of allegations - dominating 90% of cases as all the kids from the last 20 years decide that they have been abused ( consensual sex becomes abuse in the eyes of the law once they reach 20 !!! ) and they decide they need cash.

The easiest targets are well known people - or people who have contributed to society so that there is a story. Mr or Ms Average is not very exciting in order to hang these stories on - so local vicar or teacher or councillor or celeb HAS to be the guiding principle for the CPS when deciding on whether to prosecute.

There are probably more stories about Indecent Assault cases in the press that all other crime put together - and 80% are historic. Many cases trundling through the court this week will be about the 1970s with Defendents in their 60s and victimes in their 30s or 40s or 50s.

What is really upsetting about all of this for me is that my family has a victim of real rape and abuse - whose life has been destroyed in any meaningful way. Yet her "abuser" walked free because he was "in" the Police - and so she never got closure. Like PC ANDREWS his trial collapsed and was meant to be heard again but the victim was hospitalised by the trauma of reliving the abuse - so it never happened. The abuser's rights bizarrely being put before the truth. The only time I have ever seen this happen I might add - but then again I have not watched that many cases where the "police and social services" are battling to cover up their part in abuse.

Since that case especially my life has been made hell by the Police - who have accused me of being the London car bomber - a black car thief - stealing my own car - assaulting THREE police officers ( this is currently in court along with my historic conviction as a black person in 2005 for attempted car theft !
) I was informed on friday that they have destroyed or lost all the statements and evidence ( The CPS / Police ) relating to the issues except the allegations being made by the Police.....all my statements about the abuse cases against these people has disappeared..........this is what you have to face when trying to report the Police for serious crime. They band together and try and make YOU look bad ( they have accused constantly the women who was assaulted of being drunk - they said De Menezes was jumping barriers and illegally here and wearing a jacket to conceal a bomb : of course all these things were provably untrue yet the Police "spun" this to try and undermine the character of the people they had committed offences against.

So we are in a position as a COUNTRY where we are genuinely in a POLICE STATE where the public are in MORE danger from the Police and courts than from each other. An 80 year old lies dead and his life is over......3,000 min are waking up this morning in a prison cell knowing that they are innocent yet are incarcerated because of the POLICE STATE and this obsession with "False Historic Allegations"

Until all crimes are given a 5 year limit we will see this continue to eat away at society and destroy our society from within. It is a policy which I am convinced has come from the NWO - if you read the research into ALIEN abductions ( Such as THE THREAT - which you can download for free ) and ICKE and others you will see this obsession with sex ( especially with very young children) is running through all the writings. IT is almost an emblem of the work. That cant be co-incidental.

Finally a warning to anyone - dont teach - dont become a vicar! - dont become a councillor - and never spend any time alone with anyone under the age of 18 even if they are friends of your children. Basically anyone can come back in 20 years time and accuse you of assaulting you - even if the idea is laughable now as these old people are finding out and celebs - it really does happen. I would wager than 90% of those accused never ever expected something like that to happen to them. Even if you do follow strict Child Protection guidelines for your life - it does not guarantee to any teacher than little Johhny or little Stacy wont one day see an old school photo of them and teacher and realise that this photo could be the Pandora's Box to a life of riches and compensation and attention. Happening at a court near you - just go and visit and sit in on the trials - you will see it EVERY day now......truly scary.
