A "GO" Order means you can be banned from your own home because of an allegation which has NO evidence.

This is a POLICE POWER that courts can enforce.

This would an ideal weapon in a FASCIST state where people could find themselves homeless if they upset the state or their partners have had an affair and want to get rid of their current partner !!

This goes against the anti BIG BROTHER state agenda that CAMERON promised.

Yet again - after 6 months CAMERON is now ditching his PROMISES and now bringing in a NEW AGENDA ( based on the NWO ideals which New Labour also backed )

You have to ask the question - is it just that power corrupts ? or is someone else in control of the British Government ?

I trusted CAMERON and CLEGG to improve things - but they seem to be going back on almost every promise made and now they are introducing policies that show the same excesses of New Labour after saying we would have a BIG SOCIETY.

Well we may have thousands of homeless people thrown out of their own homes with no evidence - how can that be BIG SOCIETY - it is just fuelling the likely HOMELESS CRISIS which will start next year as millions lose their job and benefits are cut to millions forcing them onto the streets.
