I beleive the whole circus sounding paedohysteria - and in particular the crime of viewing an image (ie looking at something) - has been the biggest step taken thus far and possibly the most damaging.

The real problem is the media perpetuates a sort of sameness around all sex charges so that a 24 year old ballet teacher and a 14 year old boy case (and there needs to be a law governing those in position of influence) is treated the same as an horrific case unfolding in the US of a young cancer suffering girl , raped and dismembered which I'm finding almost unbearable to read about.
