Advice needed about travelling in this weather 13 Years, 5 Months ago

I'd like some advice/help please about some traveling I need to do.

Need to fly to Dubai asap for business,traveling from South Kent to Heathrow.This can be a flexible date of departure,but the sooner the better.It involves 2 tickets,and if it goes wrong I'll loose £800!

Sunday suits best,but would mean getting there for 8am.Will the roads be ok to travel? I've heard the M25 is in a mess.

Ideas please.

I'd train it myself, get to St Pancras if you around Rochester area and take the Piccadilly to Heathrow.
