on my birthday (Monday) I developed a heavy cold with sneezes and runny nose (which was odd in itself; it totally cleared up on Tuesday).
During the day I had one enormous sneeze and pulled a chest muscle.
You know how when we were young it meant five minutes of agony that slowly disappeared completely. Well, this didn't go away but became a dull ache which stopped me sleeping - it was fine if I lay on my back but not if I turned onto one side.
Now, 48 hours later, it's much better thank heavens. But it was a nasty twinge.
