It was the CPS appealing a bail decision for a man charged with no crime and having seen no evidence of a crime and for alleged 'offences' that are not an offence under British law.

You are right, Jim - but everything has to be seen in context. When Britain was grabbing land all over the world - that was the thing to do.

These days we just surplant puppet governments (with same net result).

But the 'British Invasion' only made such great waves because the yanks used it to get over the grief of loosing JFK in 63.
