The Guardian's tale today saying that a former investigative journalist says that Coulson knew about the phone hacking (his word only) is the tip of the iceberg.
I bet JK knows from experience as well as me....in newspaper offices There isn't a thing that happens that doesn't get nattered about either seriously or in passing. The office cat knows all as one once said.
Now we are hearing that information was for sale..from telcos and so on. Again this will slowly begin to unravel. My pal who is a top private eye can buy information from just about any organisation you can name..it's all highly illegal but goes on all the time.
There will be lawsuits flying thick and fast..against govt depts, telephone companies..all over the place.
ps; the fact that my favourite tax-avoiding telco Vodafone was mentioned is entirely co-incidental.
I've joined a class action against them in Oz.
