King's Speech all the way but my fingers are also crossed for the wonderful actress from Girl With A Dragon Tattoo.

Helena - yeah! Delighted; I adored her in Alice, loved her in King's Speech, thought she made a superb witch... and a good taste in men too.

King's Speech deservedly sweeping all aside - but honourable mentions for the mighty Chris Morris and Harry Potter ("who the fuck is Harry Potter?")...

Ross has really lost it. Won't be hosting next year.

I must admit I did feel it was script and director of The Social Network who triumphed with a very good film from a tiny trivial incident.

I like Helena Bonham Carter but she looked like she'd been mugged at the Bafta! She was a real mess.

I loved the way-out and wildly eccentric Helena Bonham Hyphen Carter; she could teach Jordan a thing or two about how to use hair extensions to maximum effect. Did anybody catch the ironic remark about it 'not being all about winning kids'?

Now there's a real person - so rare to find in the precious world of luvvies - who doesn't feel the need to fake coyness and spend 10 minutes gushing nonsense all over the stage!

Did you know that Ronnie Corbett was banned from ever attending the BAFTAs again after a security guard found him and Ricky Gervais snorting cocaine in one of the toilet cubicles!

Pretending to, SF - that was a (brilliant) satire in Extras.
But I agree with you on Helena - I'm fast becoming a huge fan.
