he's a bit wacky that Gaddafi..remember when The Mirror ran a pic of him in drag and make-up !

His sons are something else though. One got run out of sleezy Surfer's Paradise in QLD which has become a new ME favourite spot..hookers galore (male and female).

Something about a working girl being beaten up.

More bad news for B-Lair -

"International firms including BP, one of the world's biggest oil companies, are preparing to pull their staff out of Libya".

I wonder if Gaddafi should go to Scotland

There are rumours going round that Al Megrahi has gone back to Scotland, on "compassionate" grounds, because his safety couldn't be guaranteed in Libya.

Can you confirm this?

Britain and Libya: a very embarrassing friendship

www.thefirstpost.co.uk/75415,news-commen...dship?DCMP=NLC-daily

I get to a point where I simply hate politicinas. The intelligent ones become powerless..Tony Benn etc..or are regarded as a curiosity.

The odious Benn ( Cameron is a clone)and all before him always support the Gadaffis & Murbaracks of the world on the claim they keep order (which is easy to do when you sell them big guns to shoot the citizens with ).

It's a form of racism. paternalism and serves the causes of corporations (oil supplies etc)..when in their place such as Egypt, for the past 40 years there could have already been a democratic government.

By supporting dictators in their place, it is human nature that a hateful opposition will grow that will be murderous to the state and it's supporters..us !

The Blairs of the world put all our lives at risk. Naom Chomsky says it succinctly- the way to stop 9/11s from happening would be for the USA to stop terrorising other nations.

What I've been saying ALL along, veritas (but I said it first !)

If the USA (and its little puppets) disappeared from the earth tomorrow we'd all be far better off.

The problem is, there are some very good (and nice) Americans, but they have allowed themselves to be hi-jacked by the loony far-right "christian" concensus, that produces the likes of Mad Bush and My-Brain-Is-Missing Ray-Gun (who was so barmy he planned putting missiles into space). Only the loony Yankers could pollute space (with weapons) before man actually gets there !

Any challenge to this gets you assassinated.

you lucky thing ! I would have spent every day in his electorate surgery.

I encounted him once-in Notting Hill Gate. He asked where the cinema was even though we were standing outside it..neon signs alight had he had lived down the road from it for 40 years.

Spent many an evening with him in the Labour Club (don't be surprised, veritas - best pint of Mansfield bitter anywhere).

Did you know he was tee-total (he drinks orange juice) and wears a hearing aid ?

Angel, it seems that this board is read by those nice people at Popbitch !

Their latest newsletter (issued Friday) contains the following -

----------------------------------------------------
Convicted Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi
has requested to be returned from Libya to
prison in Scotland for his safety...

I see that B-Liar HAS phoned his new best friend !

I wonder what Gaddafi said? I bet there were two words (and one of them was probably "Off" !)

This is what happens when you sell your soul to "business" and "UK interests" - you end up dealing with the Devil.

Angel,

Perhaps when you get Gaddafi in a Scottish prison (for Lockerbie) he could be put in charge of the drugs, as he always looks as if he's on drugs to me.
