reading the Kidscape website- I note they have at least taken on the horrible problem of kids being bullied (although apparently not adults -as in GG being permaently bullied by sensationalist tabloid reports)
but they also attempt to justify the silly Sarah's Law while reporting that basically it is a failure in that few people have taken advantage of it and nought has come of it..with that hokey old excuse

they aslo give statistics that bely their own hysteria...88% of abusers are known to the family.
