It really has lost the plot - literally; by only using the high profile ingredients, it has been killed. No characterisation; no story; no subtlety and I'm starting to get really annoyed by gurning Matt Doctor and irritating Scot Amy.

Can I just say that I am really enjoying this season so far and thought tonight's episode was absolutely brilliant?

I thought I'd say it in the style of the bloke in the Monty Python Election Night sketch - "Can I just say this is the first time I have appeared on television?"

Tomorrow (& Tuesday) BBC4 are showing the 1976 adventure "Hand Of Fear" starring Tom Baker & Elisabeth Sladen as a handy comparison

Haven't got round to watching it this series. Saturday evening spent outside in my lovely little piece of England with wine, pasta al salmon affumicato, and revisiting Dennis Wheatley's finest works. I believe my nosey neighbours think I'm odd.
