Good news ... albiet a charge of manslaughter. DPP says "conflicts" over medical evidence were reason charges were not brought before - as Patel has been thoroughly discredited (not only in this case but in others) I cant see any remaining "conflicts" www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-13519281 Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

true and he should be punished but those higher up who created an atmosphere where these coppers think they can behave like this, escape scot free.

Also the police "denied any contact at all" with Tomlinson (until the Guardian came up with the footage) - collusion in a crime ?

Well noted ITK,lying toerags to a man.The sooner our police get a 're-education' scheme like they had in eastern europe after the overthrow of communism the better.
