If you saw this in Private Eye or on The Onion you would think it was a send up.

Paedophilia warning over King's Park pupil dress sense

it's the Victorian era all over again (few people realise Oscar Wilde was poster boy to bring in an era of repression and not just the victim of a vindictive nutter)

what next ?..kids will have to wear neck to knee swimsuits and finally...skirts on table legs !!!
