The massive pro-Gaddafi rally in Libya seems to have shocked them.
... or maybe they are a little surprised by how many guns and henchmen he still has in Tripoli ?
... would YOU dare defy the order to protest "for" Gaddafi ?
Apparently, quite a few have. That's what all the fighting is for.
and its not suprising that a few (the clear minority) show outward "support" for Gaddafi (fearing a visit from the henchmen), is it ?
If he had majority support he would not be entrenched in his little enclave with the freedom fighters now only 30 miles away in the Berber hills (already controlling 95% of the country).
He's quite sensibly hiding because all the power of NATO is targeting him, against the legal mandate I may add.
The fact he's still there tells us that he's doing well against the odds.
What did Mystic Meg tell u to post next?

I'm afraid ITK you're on your own here and we all feel great sympathy for all the innocent women, children and men being slaughtered by NATO who have sided with one regime against another in a civil war and without whose intervention there would have been far, far less killing.
Yet again, JK, I ask you for the slightest shred of evidence to support these claims.
The (largely unarmed) rebels are within 2 hours drive of Tripoli (having taken most of the country, against a well armed tyranical regime). Thats sounds very much like a common uprising to me (just as in Syria) - it does NOT sound like the majority support the dictator !
I'm proud that Britain took a lead here (just as we have with sending food aid to the Horn of Africa) - it would have been so much easier to sit back and do nothing.
On your own? yes,as always.
