If that is an offence at 18/19/20 then I reckon around 50% of men will be guilty of this "heinous crime" retrospectively as I seem to remember, in line with physical maturity, when I was at school girls tended to go with older boys and boys looked to traditionally "do their apprenticeship" with girls 2/3/4 years younger than them. All normal, all part of growing up and exploring ones sexuality.

I presume he was 19 at the time. Nobody said that what he did was o.k, but it doesn't warrant this level of persecution. Those girls were probably 1,000 times more damaged by the trial than anything he could have said to them, or shown them. Its not just the fact that this girl saw a todger, it is the fact that someone deliberately sent the picture to her. This is a threatening statement. Most civilised people don't believe that flashing to a child is acceptable. Also what has the fact that she was wearing leggings got anything to do with it? Many children wear leggings because they are comfortable, it is not an invitation to receive physical or verbal abuse.
