Yes Angel and the reason it isn't is because "tourists" saw the media coverage of "the revolution" and decided it's teeming with violence and rebellion. In fact it's just like it always was but 60% fewer tourists so deals galore to bring them in. So my luxury hotel room cost half the usual price.
