Exactly; it's the same madness as the "all rapes are the same" argument. Nice and simple for the morons (and tabloids) but quite simply insane that a 16 year old who has consensual with his girlfriend who is 2 days younger at 15 is considered the same as a thug attacking an elderly lady.
Both technically and legally rapes. Both the same? Get a brain!

The claim that most rapes go un-reported refers to the fact that they are not reported to the police. They may well be reported to people carrying out anonymous surveys in newspapers and magazines.
Yes, not all rapes are equal, the same as any other crime. Stealing a twix from the newsagent, is not the same as aggravated burglery at a high street bank.
