started by me 11 years ago - well, OK, I probably wasn't the first but certainly an early high profile victim set up for profit by dodgy chancers. And now it is slowly, slowly becoming clear that people lie, especially when they think they can get away with it. And usually they do; backed by corrupt cops or lazy judges and juries; eager media looking for headlines and gullible do-gooders prepared to believe the worst if delivered with sincerity and tears.

Ah, those professional victims.

And let's not forget - there are a few genuine victims being tarred with the false allegations brush and losing justice.

Who will compensate him for losing such a job?
The goalposts need to be moved,to allow for the fact that any allegation without proof is as likely to be false as true.

note how the judge hasn't quite dismissed the case and left open the opportunity of appeal.

How many times does it come down to a case of prosecutors deciding whether they can win the case or not ?

meaning not whether the accused was guilty or not..just a win or lose matter.
( although DSK was very lucky the prosecutor did the right thing)

I just watched the film about Rubin 'Hurricane' Carter falsely jailed for murder he did not commit.

Sadly the UK has been influenced by US 'justice'.
