An old favourite - simple, easy, and delicious; grilled line caught mackerel, fresh and luscious, £3.50; served with a knob of butter, fresh parsley and a knob of butter; boiled baby new potatoes and crisp green iceberg lettuce.
Tsing Tao beer (my favourite - tastes like flowers) very cold indeed.
Fabulous. Total cost £6.

My partner makes lovely smoked mackrel pate. Delicious with oat cakes.
