Media gasping for the great story - innocent after all! But, like Dominic S-K and others, we are all now guilty unless we can prove our innocence in law - and even afterwards actually - guilt is so much more fun.
"Got away with it" is the media stance.
One brain dead reporter is howling - "poor Meredith family; if Amanda is freed, who DID kill Meredith?"... excuse me, isn't there a man in prison who admitted guilt? Mind you, as you know, I wouldn't trust a guilty plea either. It simply means they were persuaded by slippery lawyers they would benefit from a guilty plea as otherwise they would certainly be wrongly convicted.
A truly gobsmackingly risible 'exclusive' in the Telegraph today - an interview with one of the victim's friends, asserting that she is convinced Knox is guilty. The reasons? Knox kept a vibrator in a transparent bag in the bathroom (which made her flat mate 'uncomfortable'), and she strummed the guitar a lot (which irritated her flatmate). That's it. Come back Columbo!
