Can someone tell me ..... 12 Years, 7 Months ago  
... whether Labour were or were not in favour of university tuition fees?

Milliband's latest ploy (capping them) seem just like (yet another) opportunistic publicity stunt to me.

When you and your party are so utterly stupid and unbelievable you have nothing left to loose by plucking policies out of a hat.After all,not like you're ever really going to implement them,or pay for them!

I'm starting to understand this now ....

So Labour were in favour of Graduate taxes but now that they see how unpopular they are, are promising to "reduce" them in order to score a political "point" !

Just as they are against all the cuts ... but are on record as saying that they wont reverse any of them !
