ALL schools PH - I well remember Charterhouse cabbage too. I just had baby sprouts in garlic butter - with mashed potatoes and young Veal steak. Delicious. Washed down with an iced spritzer made with Hock (the best white wine for spritzers) and my favourite sparkling water San Pellegrino.
