Spent all day at John Spalding's funeral and reception (wake?) - such a hugely respected music publisher and fantastic attendance including Tim Rice (many reminiscences of when he, Andrew and I sat outside Tony Hall's Decca office in 1964 waiting for advice from the great man), The Zombies Rod Argent, Chris White and Colin Blunstone, Judd Lander (who played that harmonica riff on Karma Chameleon), Ellis Rich (legendary publisher) and many others. A sad time but many happy memories.
